Approximately 85% of all buyers start their search on the internet. This is a easy search tool to find properties that are suitable for you to purchase. This program is designed to be self-explanatory. However, there are a couple of tricks that will help you navigate better:
The most important thing is to remember is that the more detailed your search, the fewer the number of properties will be displayed. So, start searching with those features that are most important to you. You can always add more details later to refine your search.
If you do not have broadband internet (DSL/Cable), your searches will go much faster if you disable the "Thumbnail Pictures" option. Find the properties you like, then refine your search and enable the pictures.
Some pop-up blockers and firewall programs can cause problems with the search program. If you experience issues loading the search program, try disabling these programs.
